This framework outlines how we manage intellectual property assertions, user requirements, and the specific documentation needed to execute content removals or file formal counters.

1. Assertions of Asset Ownership

When submitting biographical materials, text passages, historical cross-references, or media links, the submitting user maintains full legal liability for those assets. Users explicitly declare and warrant that:

• They hold full legal title, licensing authority, or verified distribution rights for the content provided.
• The material is clear of third-party assignments, active non-disclosure restrictions, or exclusive media representation deals.
• The content fits within standard public domain exceptions or international fair-use metrics for educational biography indexing.

2. Formal Takedown Protocol

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized legal agent and believe that content on our platform infringes upon your exclusive rights, you may file a formal removal request. Your claim must be submitted to our legal desk with the following documentation:

• Clear Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the individual authorized to act on behalf of the asset owner.
• Asset Verification: Comprehensive identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including registration indexes if available.
• Target URL Location: The exact URL path on NBPKnow containing the contested material, helping our systems isolate the content.
• Contact Infrastructure: Valid operational contact information, including your legal name, physical address, business telephone line, and direct email address.
• Good Faith Statement: A formal statement affirming your good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

3. Mitigation & Content Containment

Upon receiving a verified, compliant notice, our security desk will temporarily restrict access to the contested material within 24 business hours. We will then notify the original uploader, providing them an opportunity to review the claim or submit a formal counter-notice.

4. Recidivism & System Bans

To maintain platform integrity, NBPKnow uses a automated tracking system for repeat violations. Users who repeatedly upload unverified files or face multiple confirmed copyright removals will have their publishing privileges suspended and their accounts permanently closed.
